THE STORY OF ALORA

It all began with our family’s passion for food and the restaurant business, where we have been involved for over 20 years. Since childhood, we grew up watching our family run restaurants, and that world became very familiar to us. Four years ago, we decided to continue our own path and open a new restaurant where we could combine tradition with our own ideas. In Halikko, we run another restaurant, and alongside it Alora was born — a place where we wanted to bring something fresh and different to Finland.

We are not doing this alone, but together as brothers. We support each other and have been building Alora piece by piece. For us, this industry is not just work — it is our passion and our way of life.

Alora is more than just a restaurant. It is our family business, our shared dream, and our journey that continues powered by brothers.

KEBAB PROCESS

We handcraft our doner entirely in-house, following a traditional, step-by-step process that ensures authenticity at every stage.

We carefully source premium meats from trusted Finnish local providers, choosing only the highest quality cuts. Each doner is prepared by hand with dedication and respect for tradition, because we believe that true culinary experiences are built on time, care, and excellence.

The result? A kebab that combines the finest local ingredients with craftsmanship — the process is part of the enjoyment.

PIZZA PROCESS

Our pizzas are made using traditional methods taught generation to generation. With decades of experience, our parents taught their sons the technique of this noble art. Every pizza is a gathering circle, a flavor discovery and an opportunity to pause from routine.

Every morning, we begin with premium imported Italian flour, combined with organic local ingredients. We believe our customers deserve the best of the best. Our dough rises naturally through slow fermentation, developing the complex flavors and perfect texture that only come from patience and tradition.

Each pizza is fired, creating that perfect crispy-outside, tender-inside crust with the characteristic char that defines authentic Italian pizza. This isn't just cooking – it's a family legacy of craftsmanship, where every pizza represents generations of knowledge and our commitment to organic, quality ingredients.
